· Undertake task force and assist superior to implement related activities.

Specific Duties

· Overall analyse day to day operation data, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem.

· To ensure the implementation of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 are carry out according to quality and environmental management system.

· To ensure the implementation of OHSAS 18001 is carry out according to OSH management system.

· To carry out duties as Certified Environmental Professional in Bag filter operation (Filter Bag performance monitoring.

· To assist Senior Engineer to conduct activity with continual improvement as per objective & target action plan.

Assistant Planner, Production-FPP (Contract)

General Duties

· Ensure smooth material preparation and supply to production floor with no mis-supply and no contamination.

· Ensure good inventory control of raw material.

Specific Duties

· Monitor and control PBT chip unloading schedule and inventory, raw material inventory, PBT powder crushing schedule and inventory and RR reduction plan and inventory effectively.

· Monitor effective implementation of Firt-In-First-Out of raw material receiving from warehouse and supply operation.

· Monitor effective implementation of iRen system for management of raw material.

· Assist in controlling budgeted expenses and consumables usage for batching activities.

· Monitor batching activities effectively and monitor material handling equipment to sustain good condition for operation.

· Monitor safety, 5S and housekeeping condition at batching area and raw material preparation area in good condition and monitor waste disposal (general/packaging/wooden pallet) activity effectively.

· Conduct refresher training for FPP staff for continual improvement of quality, safety, operation and productivity.

· Ensure the inventory of raw material stocks in hand are accurate through continuous stock count and stock IOB control.

· Assist Planner in conducting appraisal monitoring and yearly evaluation of subordinates.

· Acting as a Planner for batching crew operation supervisory during Batching Planner's absence.

· Other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

Academic Background

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree Holder in any field.

 

Working Experience

· Possess minimum 2 years of working experience in material planning, inventory management or relevant experience. Those who have working experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant is highly preferred.

 

Skills

· Possess good planning skills and analytical skills.

· Possess good understanding in production processes.

· Able to identify and intervene in problematic areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.

· Good follow up skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Essential Functions
