More specifically, my major responsibilities include securing the safety operation of PNL's production, maintaining the continuous improvement respecting quality, cost, and productivity, keeping an effective budget control, and particularly, since PNL is a very young company, to develop a competent and loyal local operation team. It's been 8 years since I joined Polyplastics, I'm glad that in this period I experienced an abundant career started as a shift-team member in PTM and as a production manager in PNL presently. In my feeling, PPC is a company that places the least barrier on the way for you to become the best. If must enumerate something, for me, she offers plenty opportunities of "To Know" and "To Practice".
I kept getting "To Know" because I received a lot of trainings both domestic and overseas, had frequent occasions to communicate with and learn from the profound experts and skillful colleagues from all group companies. I kept getting "To Practice" through assumed different positions, worked in different group companies, and more fruitfully, engaged or led various improvement projects in the past 8 years. Actually, working in Polyplastics itself, let me increase my know-how and experience regularly since she's the leading company in the engineering plastic industry.

Q.3What would you expect the talent to have in terms of skills, mindsets, experiences ?

First of all, the talents certainly need to have some talent, this doesn't mean they must be very smart, but shall be with the learning and adapting ability, have an innovative mind, and the independent thinking. Then, the talents shall be positive in the job, this frequently embodies in the ability or behavior of self-initiation, diligence, working well under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and the enthusiasm in supporting team success. After that, it's preferable that the talents have an ideal experiences and professional background, but if haven't, a good logical thinking and strong common sense is necessary.

Q.3Please tell us your management philosophy to lead the team.

Our team provides technical support to our customers. If we can't offer them the things they need, they will not be satisfied with our work. So, we should give support exceeds customer's or market's need. But to understand customer's real needs is not easy. We always collect the customer's requirement from other departments, then focus on analyzing them and provide our customer final solution.
